maybe lace IS a fucking kid and i am a fucking idiot and should kill myself but personally i see the game and the character of lace as much more interesting when she’s not just an eternal child created to be perfect and is just a bratty kid who hornet takes on a role as Mother for after act 3 (EVEN THOUGH THE POINT OF THE GAME IS HER ESCAPING HER MOTHER AND HER CONFINES BUT NOOO SHE NEEDS ANOTHER AUTHORITY FIGURE) and is actually a grown/growing, maturing person forced into a role of immaturity to appeal to her mother which does stunt her growth as a person because she doesn’t have anyone to work through her issues withhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and she is violent as fuck because that is the only individuality she is allowed without losing her childish caricature but I DONT FUCKING KNOW STOP HARASSING ME PLEASE I JUST LIKE SEALS AND YURI GO AWAAYYYYY
