Ingredients 1/3 cup black pepper 1/4 cup coriander powder, dried 1/4 cup cinnamon 1/4 cup clove 1/3 cup cumin 1/4 cup nutmeg 1/2 cup paprika 1/3 cup curry powder 1/4 cup dried black lime powder, (loomi) 2 tablespoons ground cardamom Method In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Place in an airtight jar to store to be used in recipes.
