Tray Jajang from KangChon, Dominion Road, Auckland - fried black bean sauce noodle with shrimp, squid and chilli oil KangChon is by far my favourite place to go to to satisfy my Jajangmyeon cravings. If anyone knows of other good places in Auckland, feel free to let me know. The noodles are bouncy and chewy and the taste of the black bean sauce is savoury and flavourful. Needs more onions though in it.
