Ingredients: 1 cup blackberries. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a baking dish. In a mixing bowl, mash the blackberries. Add coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the blackberries, and mix well. In another bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
