Summer is here. Add some fruity refreshment to your Gold Peak Tea. Ingredients: 4 Cups Gold Peak Sweet Tea ¼ cup rosemary leaves plus 1 sprig per serving for garnish 6 packages (6 oz. each) of blackberries Directions: Step 1: Put Gold Peak Tea in a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Step 2: Turn off heat and put rosemary in the pot. Steep for 10 minutes. Step 3: Strain into a pitcher. Discard rosemary leaves. Step 4: Purée blackberries in a blender or food processor; strain through fine sieve. Step 5: Discard pulp and seeds. Step 6: Stir purée into tea pitcher. Chill. Step 7: Serve over ice. Garnish with rosemary.
