Jevin works like a dulled down version of a dnd gelatinous cube, if you stick your hand in for a while you get a rash, then a burn, then you don't have a hand but that's only if you're TRYING to lose your hand, you'd have to keep it in for like 2 hours.
Also know how slimes come in different sizes? Slimes grow overtime, but normally stop at large. Normally. Jev becoming a player complicated things, now he has to 'trim' in order to stay at around 2 blocks. The growing thing also speeds up when he's stressed, he kinda gave up trimming in exile also so he was just like 8-10 foot by the end.
Slimes also reproduce by splitting themselves in two so you can just fly around and sometimes spot a Minijev.
