I black out everytime I go out now... the sweet bliss of ignorance the next day makes it all worth wild.

Got chewed out this morning...

Hung out at my best friends house. Told her I was going earlier yesterday that I was going over there. Had drinks, passed out before I had a chance to text my spouse that I was going to sleep there.

Got home, she was mad. Which is kinda surprising, because sometimes she gives off this "I don't care what you do" attitude towards me. Starts making assumptions about infidelity and stuff like that, which did not happen. Closest thing to that was when I was buying beer at the gas station. I saw the clerk's nails and told her that I liked them. She said "Thanks" and smiled.

Then we drink, watched movies and played Playstation all night.

It was a fun night. And I didn't really have a hangover so thats cool. Being chewed out was worth it for a good time at the end of the work week.

EDIT: Little more personal here. My friends always ask her to come. She never comes. It's the same with her friends as well. I've never really hung out with her friends either with the exception of a birthday party for my wife (GF) at the time. The one time she hung out, she was shy and standoffish. Kinda a Debbie Downer. It's kinda tough when you want to hang out with your friends and spouse at the same time but it never happens

blacked out drunk

for the first time finally! i went to a party last night and got blacked out drunk. i remember showing up and taking shots and helping set up, then people started showing up, i moved my car into another parking spot, and thats all i remember. i woke up this morning around 2:40 and the house was empty. i went around looking for my keys and eventually found them. i came back home and rested more before i had to go to work at 7.  so all day at work i was asking people what happened and everyone kept telling me i fell asleep and thats it. i was so lost and confused and bummed out all day because if im going to black out i want to at least do more than just pass out on the couch. but little by little i started connecting some pieces together and finally someone had footage of me blacked out. i was still taking shots and even gave a speech and sang happy birthday for someones birthday. so i guess my first time blacking out wasnt so lame, but next time i refuse to pass out.
