I spent a few hours digging into what people on bsky thought of "problematic" trans women just out of curiosity and I think i'm just gonna stay far away from trans community discourse forever, do my transition in secret and hold my few trans friends closeby. I was hoping to eventually post my face and location once in a safe place but seeing how online treats twoc has thoroughly terrified me. There's no such thing as an online community for black trans women, its always like standing on a trapdoor. Making it core to your social life is a terrible idea. I do not want to be a part of a community clearly filled with so much unrealised potential glee at dogpiling a trans woman for any percieved slight. The fact that so many of their targets are twoc hasnt even registered. It's like racist potential energy, that shit is locked and ready to go. Best not to be a part of it. If ur a trans woman of color reading this my advice is to keep ur head low, focus on posting about ur hobbies and prioritize ur IRL life and privacy. Paying attention to the discourse will have you thinking a woman on food stamps is the devil for being shit at flirting. And stay away from clouted up white trans women, they have no loyalty.

Hi, where do black transfems hangout? I know this site is white as hell but I am online to link up with transfems like me.
