I’m trying to take more pictures this time around. This morning I looked a little smaller. So I got excited and snapped it up. I’m down to 235 from 236 from a few days ago. So the whole 2lbs a week has been working for me. Think I’m going to up my goal to 3lbs a week next month. Just for a little challenge.

I’m all smiles knowing that for the first time, I’m in a position where I have clear goals that I am passionate about it. There is no room for hating my body for what it’s not, only space for revelling in what it can do.
