On a roll this week, there's a new vlog up on the YouTubes.
This will be my last training vlog before Bodypower this weekend. A great end to the last week in this training block. I tried out my first voice over so I could talk a bit more about my lifts, let me know what you thought in the comments :)

When you can't count reps for shit. For bench yesterday, I just had an am rap set to do with 37.5kg. Maximum was 10 to hit. I counted 10 while doing them, celebrated doing 10 and then when I watched the footage back, it was 9 :|
Someone needs to invent an app that bleeps every rep or something. That being said, I'd probably lose track there too. Why can't I count? On the plus side, bench was easy and feeling much more stable than it usually does.
