Thought I would start sharing some of my Elvis artwork on here because I used to do that way back when this was an art account (B.E. before Elvis lol). I've certainly improved a lot since then, and I'm glad that most of those posts are buried deep. 😂

I rarely draw 50s Elvis for some reason but I felt inspired to last month after scrolling on Pinterest and like, maybe I should draw more 50s Elvis cause oh my god, he's literally stunning. 🫠

Also, I'll never not think of this song whenever I see photos of Elvis wearing his velvet shirt from 1956. It's literally so iconic, and I'm sure it's what inspired Alannah to write the song in the first place. The lyrics literally couldn't be more perfect, it perfectly encapsulates Elvis during the 50s. 😍
