After the squad learned that both Barry and Kara can tap dance, they talked (more like forced) them into performing for them. At first they were ware of the idea, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. Since then, Barry and Kara perform for the squad every year. They even talked some friends into doing a musical for them.

Central City not only exists on Kara's earth, it's resident superhero is Earth-38's Elongated Man.

Earth-4 Green Arrow ended up married to one of the Black Canaries. Harry never exactly knew which one though.

Rip's not dead. He just got sent to a random time period and is working on creating an aberration big enough to grab either the Legends' or Time Bureau's attention.

There's a little bar in the seediest part of Bludhaven, it happens to be where supervillains gather and tell stories about their encounters with superheroes like Green Arrow, Flash, Hawkman, Kid Flash, ect.

In Harry's last year of college, he and Tess Chambers watched a meteor shower, a phenomenon which fell around mid-December.
