Happy Thanksgiving, dear readers! Yes, it's the day after, but I was seriously stuffed with turkey yesterday. So you get an update today! I hate those fucking guards with a fiery passion. Stupid idiots. They're based loosely off of Horace and Jasper from 101 Dalmations btw for a better visual. But yeah, I hate them. No names for these guys though. Just rough OCs for plot reasons.
But good ol' Dadzawa is at it again. ;) Trusting in Izuku and having his back. Still a problem child though. But what will this permission to act ensue? We shall see!!

Greetings, dear readers! It's update time again. Though to start I have an announcement to make.
As of 2/9/25, I have decided to no longer post on Fanfiction. It has been a lot of extra work on my part and not worth the effort at this point. I will be deleting by the end of the month. Blank Canvas will still be available in full on AO3 though. Thank you all for your readership and the time to leave comments or reviews. I just need to do this for me.
That being said, it won't affect where we are now. Just putting it out there for awareness as well as on Fanfiction and the tumblr.
Unrelated to that, this is actually going to be a double update! The reason why is it's all one part that came out waaaay too long for one chapter. And I actually had a difficult time finding a good breaking point but I did eventually. So enjoy!

Izuku's going through a bit of a rollercoaster ride emotions wise. He's been fine so far with distractions from his friends, but now he's having to face his harsh reality. Sorry, green bean, but it's for the angst feels. Gotta balance out all the fluff I've been sending your way, readers. :P
I based the physical therapy stuff off my own experience. Honestly I had it super duper easy when it came to that in comparison to others. But still, it's experience, right? Anyway, the info packets and ten minute ice limit come from that.
Sh-sh-shout out to Flaming for their thoughts on the OFA electricity thing. I also looked up descriptions of what electrocution feels like on reddit and such for reference.
Btw, I don't know if Aizawa's pun came off as that but I thought it was funny. :P Let Izuku's punniness rub off on you, old man.

Wha? Two chapters in two days!? It's not like last chapter made me miss a monthly update or anything. Nah, that's totally why I'm posting another chapter because I'm the author and I can do what I want. :P Plus, I just really want to get the exam ball rolling for reasons to be revealed. So yeah, here have another chapter on me. Got some nice juicy drama for ya.
Warning for teasing because with this being the provisional exam that means we get to meet Ms. Joke and her whole marriage proposal thing. Starting at ["Eraser, is that you?"] through until before ["Food for thought,"].

I AM SO SORRY, IZUKU!! not really but still! It's just the opportunity was there and I have plans for the green bean so yeah this is happening. Izuku has been banned because of that pesky quirkless label. And I honestly don't remember if the commission would know of his connection to the Endeavor investigation but then again other than Nezu leaking some info, nothing official just yet. Poor Izu just keeps being put through the wringer.
If you skipped the teasing, Hitoshi calls out Joke for teasing and making his dad uncomfortable. Just a son defending his parent.
Random little tidbit in regards to the order of the students for checking in. If we were to go with the Engilsh alphabet, it would be:
I went with hiragana so that's why Izuku would be in the same section as Momo since he's an 'm' and she's a 'y'. And another side note, t's debatable for the placement of Jirou and Shouji. Jirou is a し ‘shi’ with a ‘ten ten’ which is the “ symbol added to change the し ‘shi’ to じ ‘ji’. While Shouji starts with し ‘shi’ with a small ょ ‘yo’ to become しょ ‘sho’. And while I tried referencing the final results score board in both the anime and manga that thing is indecipherable, so I guessed. :P It's whatever. Just my brain being extra again.
But yeah, so that's the start of the exam. Rage at me all you want but as always plans on plans when it comes to me. :P We'll get to see eventually how this could affect licensing and work studies and all sorts of other things! I'll let you stew in this angst until next time. Oh I can be so cruel at times. Kekekeke!! >:) See ya!

There you have it! Izuku gains guardians and birthday bonding times! Things are turning around for our precious green bean and he deserves every bit of it. -and might be the calm before a very fun storm i have planned for part 4- ;)
Little bits of ShinKami because they're cute. And of course more TodoIzu again because they're cute. All mixed with ShinIzu brotherly bonding and teasing. I blame working at a crafts store for the whole mug painting shenanigans. It was fun to write though. As was the Dadzawa and NezuDad. I felt like joint custody was best for all associated parties.
If you skipped the teasing, it was just Hitoshi and Izuku playing around with nicknames and resulting making silly pictures of said nicknames. Oh and Izuku drew Hitoshi as a purple cat all caught up in string just like when he was training with his capture weapon in canon. Because it's funny.
So yeah, next part is going to include the vigilante presentation. Which...I have not finished yet. Not entirely sure how that's going to go so I'll just see what my brain comes up with. Though I guess if there are any headcanons when it comes to vigilantes and laws related to them or even favorite moments in MHA Vigilantes that might help, let me know. :) I'd appreciate it. Salutations, dear readers! It's update time. Been busy juggling work and personal stuff, but here we are again! Furthering our journey through the licensing exam.

I hope you liked it! I got to explore a lot of character growth with this chapter. Subtle changes have been made in BC which leads to our Class A peeps with a differing world view from canon. Super fun to write through. Will it affect who passes and who doesn't? We'll have to wait and see! :D
Let me know what you think about these different povs! Shouto and his constant struggle with his father issues while holding on to Izuku's encouragement that its his quirk and destiny. Katsuki maturing past being just an angry pomeranian. And Denki is just so fun to write with his spark and personal insecurities. Plus he's got the hots for Hitoshi because I find that pairing adorable.
Not much else to say at the moment so that's all for now. ^___^ Coming up is the round up of the first part of the exam and Izuku has an encounter. Wonder who it could be? ;) Until then do your best to stay stress free and look on the bright side of things. Tata!
