Do not mind whatever you don't like. Just don't accept It. Create peace within yourself.

AND YES YOU CAN WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE WITH FULL AWARENESS, OR TAP INTO IT WIDE AWAKE AND AWARE, OR ACTUALLY BOTH JUST BY AFFIRMING "Isn't It wonderful" throughout the day and before going to bed, or whenever you prefer. You can even make time to sit In meditation with eyes closed just repeating "Isn't It wonderful" on a loop, and then get up to be done with It after a while or so for the hour or the day. It Is absolutely whatever you prefer. You consider the void state to be wonderful to you, therefore you are also affirming for that. Do not stress about specifying or the details!!!! Or let's say you consider nondualism to be wonderful. You'll feel better and better finding comfort and peace within nondualism. IT IMPLIES EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING YOU WANT, AT THE SAME TIME.

why we use them is because when we are faced with a negative circumstance, it can be very hard to continue affirming for that specific desire due to the fact our ego is only going to reflect back that negative out come in our head and continue to remind us of it. this will then cause you to affirm in a forceful way, which will only put you in the state of resistance.
