Your mind doesn’t have eyes.

It literally has no idea what is real and what is imagined. It only knows the story you keep repeating to it.

So if your mind says, “you feel unmotivated,” you don’t have to accept that. respond to that with, “No I don’t. Matter of fact, I’ve never felt more motivated in my life than I do right now”

If it says, “you’re tired,” you say “Not really. I’ve never had this much energy before.”

Your mind will follow whatever story you persist in.

That’s why people say you have to stay disciplined with your thoughts. Not because you need to be perfect, but because we are always persisting in some type of story anyway.

You’re either repeating the story you don’t want, or the one you do want.

And the story you keep telling yourself is often the only “blockage” people experience when manifesting their desires.

So instead of persisting in the version where things aren’t working, start persisting in the version where everything is already going in your favor.

Your mind doesn’t know the difference, it only knows the story you keep telling it.

Kill the victim mentality = Live your dream life

We all have a dream life in our mind. We fantasize about being rich, successful, beautiful, having the perfect body, perfect relationship, perfect house, perfect job, etc. The law of assumption teaches us that we can have all of these things if we shift our awareness to the life in our mind’s eye, rather than focusing solely on the mirror (physical reality) that reflects our predisposed perception of the physical. The problem that everyone runs into, and some people get stuck there while others abandon it, is the victim mentality.

Not all of us have the same circumstances or desires, but we all have the same 24 hours in a day. You can either use that 24 hours to think about your new car, your partner who is obsessed with you, the large sums of money that mysteriously appear into your account, that trip to another continent you’re going on soon, that birkin your fanboy just bought you, the compliment the lady on the train gave you… or you can waste those 24 hours self-loathing and complaining about the most minor inconveniences, which then traps you in a cycle of experiencing unfavorable circumstances that create more negative thoughts.

What. you. focus. on. GROWS. I really don’t care if you feel like you’re lying to yourself or not. Think & speak of the things you WANT, not the stuff that stresses you out. You can feel your feelings, you can have bad or lazy days— what you can’t do, however, is spend every single day hating on everything that exists, only to ask yourself why everything sucks. It’s cause your mindset sucks.

THE 3D HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO REFLECT YOUR CONSISTENT THOUGHTS.

With that out of the way, how do we kill the victim mentality? To accept that you’re not a freaking victim of a circumstance you mentally created. Stop the woe is me BS. Your imagination is your canvas, you’re the artist, so why are you painting a sad picture if you hate depressing art? You’re picking up the brush to paint your own problems, then you get mad and punch holes in the painting you made. Throw that shit in the trash and light it on fire, it doesn’t serve you.

You select your identity everyday and every night. Before bed, replay your day in your mind, but alter it to fit your desired reality. Want a new car? New house? $1k? Re-create your day in your imagination as you’re falling asleep, change the things you don’t like and allow yourself to be fully immersed. Immerse yourself so deep in your little perfect world, that it causes you to laugh and smile like an idiot. Really enjoy it like it actually happened, because it did. Stop replaying embarrassing moments, losses, failures, rejections, etc. It doesn’t exist. The past & future can only be what you create, so create positive experiences. Fall asleep in good memories (real memories or ones you’ve created, your subconscious knows no difference), wake up thinking positively. Affirm in your favor and you’ll generate favorable experiences.

how i manifested extreme appearance changes

disclaimer: this is based off of my personal experience and what worked for me!

1. stop “trying”

- i was constantly preventing myself from getting the results i wanted because i was trying, instead of just being. law of assumption is all about being, assuming, and deciding. one thing that clicked for me was that my constant listening to subliminals, checking the mirror constantly, finding something new to fix, was just holding me back

- i was able to finally stop “trying” and instead just “be” when i just told myself there was nothing to fix, because i was already going to manifest my desired appearance, it was inevitable. this allowed me to stop the constant checking in the mirror, obsession with subliminals and affirmations, and beauty rituals. it was already done, so theres no reason to try.

2. i acted like the version of me who already had my desired appearance

- i took a second to reflect and think about what the future version of me who already had the appearance that i wanted would do. for example, my current self was counting calories. but in my head, i knew the “ideal” version of me would never do that, she would simply just eat healthy without needing to track it constantly. so thats exactly what i started to do. i imagined this future version of myself would drink coffees and yogurt bowls in the morning. so thats what i started doing.

- another example would be, my current version was mainly wearing baggy shirts and jeans everyday. but when i reflected, i realized that the version of myself that i wanted to be, would never wear that. i knew she would wear more fashionable and feminine pieces. so thats exactly what i started to do.

- did i feel insecure at times, or as if i wasnt “ready” to do these actions yet? sure. but i persisted, and although at times i felt uncomfortable, deep down i knew i was on the right path, like i was actively becoming who i wanted to be. that feeling was very satisfying

3. i persisted

- i didnt try hard, affirm more, or listen to more subliminals. i just persisted in my belief that the appearance i wanted, was already mine. i was already beautiful. it wasnt about convincing myself or forcing myself to “feel” beautiful, but just knowing i already was, and any thought that contradicted that, i just let it pass by. i didnt engage with it at all.

So one day I decided to secure our finances. I affirmed 10k each day " we are billionaires ". A few months passed and I was living my normal life. Then my mom came and gave me some incredible news. Her grandfather was a famous chef back then in royal palace. Victorian era? Qajar dynasty. He left some inheritance behind. Now my mom has it all and, I do too.

How I manifested a full ride to college with NO scholarships

this is actually one of the craziest success stories, so buckle up!

Last year I graduated high school with a 4.3 gpa, 200+ hours of community service, and participated in 10 clubs. Even with all of that work that I’d put in for 4 years, I got no scholarships. I was completely devastated because college was my only way out of my small southern town, and I knew I had to become independent and leave the toxic things at home. So, I set my sights on a city 3 hours away, and promised myself in the fall of 2025 I would be there, studying at their university at no cost to me.

For additional info, I’m the 3rd youngest daughter of a divorced immigrant mother, and my childhood was filled with unimaginable struggle. I come from the upper lower class (my mom’s a teacher), and my only goal was to give my mother financial independence as well as myself. What I did was break down and affirm exactly what I wanted in steps:

1. I got accepted into *blank* university

2. All of my tuition and fees are payed for

3. My mum is financially stable and in a healthy relationship (she’s my best friend and I didn’t want her to be lonely while I was away)

The first step happened easily. I affirmed how easy of a choice it was for the university to pick me, and I got in in a week after applying relatively late. It was also a $75 application fee, which I did not have, so I affirmed it was waived and the next day got an email saying my school lunch form was enough proof to get the fee waived!

Now around July is when doubts started to creep in. My mom and oldest sister started mocking my me for thinking I could afford this school with no scholarships (about $26,000 total), and would tell me I’d be broke and alone in the city if I continued to be reckless. As much as I wanted to crash out I had to keep my mouth SHUT 😭 interacting with the 3d when it shows the opposite of what you want is the last thing you should do. So I listened to a miracle subliminal and looped it nightly, affirming to myself that I’m the type of person that attracts miracles and my school would be fully paid for.

The other method I used that really helped was mirror affirming. I stood in front of my bathroom mirror every night for around 10 minutes and ranted about how perfect my school life is now that I’m out of that household and thriving. I’d say that my bills are fully paid, the campus is beautiful, just any positive thing about what I wanted to happen in the fall semester and saying it like I was already there.

And that’s when things started to change! Around mid July is when I got information about a certain benefits program that would give me monthly income because of my father’s military service. I was so shocked since my dad isn’t a part of my life, and I thought he wouldn’t provide anything for me or my sister. But much to my surprise, me and my family met with the veteran affairs office and I got a new id AND paperwork in place to get a large sum of money every month! And the best part is that I get to keep a lot of that money that doesn’t go to my school :3

In short, by August, I had all of my fees and tuition paid for in a monthly payment plan, a beautiful campus, and freedom like I’d never experienced before.

Some additional things I got shortly after:

My mommy started dating this very kind man that matched her exact ideal type and they’re still going strong!

I got a single suite dorm all to myself and my 1 roommate was so cool we are now best friends and will be moving into a 2 bedroom apartment this year!!

I met my ideal partner. She’s the perfect butch to my femme, a complete nerd (she knows math which is so impressive to me), and has insanely hot muscles

I joined a modeling club on campus and have been getting runway and shoot offers from various businesses and photographers

3-DAY MIND SATURATION CHALLENGE

this is a three-day challenge to saturate your mind with just one thought: “i am in my desired reality”. please read this post from beginning to end so you don't miss any important information. the challenge should begin in the evening or at night, but the first day will only start the following morning. this affirmation can be replaced with any other, for example: “i am in my waiting room,” “i am now in [dr's name]”

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

i want you to affirm from morning till night. every second of every day, there should be only one thought spinning around in your mind: “i am in my desired reality.” no, these aren't just robotic affirmations, because i want you to be fully focused on your affirmations. you must understand what you are repeating. you must repeat with the knowledge that you are already in your desired reality affirmations can be spoken aloud, but i recommend repeating them in your mind so as not to be distracted by other thoughts. i recommend periodically changing the wording of the affirmation, for example: “i am in my desired reality right now. regardless of everything, i am in my desired reality. i am in my desired reality. i know that I am in my desired reality. i am so happy that right now i am in my desired reality” “i'm in my desired reality”. wake up and fall asleep with this thought. your task is to make it automatically pop into your head even in the middle of the night. you won't be able to do it perfectly anyway. you will be distracted by other thoughts. this is normal, but try to quickly return to your affirmations. be persistent and consistent. did you just wake up? “iam in my desired reality”. are you having lunch? repeat this thought in your mind. are you cleaning? repeat the affirmation. are you falling asleep? BE SURE TO REPEAT IT. don't dare to affirm every second on the first day, and by the end of the third day, completely give up on the challenge. it's only three days! and those three days will work wonders if you persevere set alarms, wear rings or bracelets, stick stickers on your forehead, stick stickers with the words “i am in my desired reality” on walls and furniture. let every corner of your home remind you of your desired reality. and now for my favorite method. choose three or four colors. every time you see these colors, start affirming. for example, i choose red, blue, and orange. did I see a red iron? and in my head, i automatically start repeating: “i am in my desired reality”

VERY IMPORTANT

first, during the challenge, try to minimize communication with people so that you are not distracted too often. that's why i'm writing this during the new year holidays, when you don't have to go to school or work. it is also essential to give up social media, including tumblr! it's only three days the point of the challenge is not to shift reality by the end of the third day, but to remind yourself over the course of three days that YOU ARE ALREADY IN YOUR DESIRED REALITY. you affirm not in order to receive, but to remind yourself that you already have it. “i am in my desired reality.” this is not just empty words, but the truth! this is what is happening right now. don't start the challenge if you're not ready to admit it. do not react to 3d. if physical reality shows you something undesirable, just repeat the affirmations!

WHAT TO DO AFTER THE CHALLENGE?

if you wish, you can continue to saturate your mind. and so you will continue to live, but now with the knowledge that you are in your desired reality. do what you want, but don't you dare whine that you didn't shifted. you are already in your desired reality

for the people who are always like “if manifestation is THAT EASY why don’t everyone manifest this? why don’t you manifest that?” let me explain.

our brain + subconscious literally grew up being conditioned by family stuff, society, trauma, negativity, survival mode… so it’s used to struggle. that’s why it can’t easily accept how instant and effortless manifestation actually is.

most of us see it as this long hard process, even when we know it’s instant. that’s why you feel like you need to constantly affirm, listen to subs, do routines etc. and the second you take a break you feel like you “started over” or all the affirmations you did before don’t count. babe snap out of it!!

self concept / nervous system regulation is NOT mandatory. if you already have the mindset that “everything comes no matter what,” you’re good. but most ppl don’t, and that’s why we recommend working on self concept. once you strengthen it, you stop wavering between “i have it all” and “i hate my life” every other day. you’re stable in a god tier mindset, and your manifests feel instant. the community lately has been toxic with “you don’t need to do ANYTHING, you already have it all” which confuses ppl. yeah you don’t need to do anything but truth is, most ppl’s brains aren’t used to that kind of ease. so when they can’t naturally shift into the “already have it” mindset, they feel bad and think they’re back at square one.

→ if seeing manifestation as a process makes you comfortable, do it that way.

→ if you truly believe it’s instant, cool, live that way.

what you assume is what you get.

affirmations & subliminals aren’t about “creating” something they’re reminders, retraining your brain, helping you stay in that assumption. every second you’re literally shifting timelines, bc infinite realities exist.

from my own experience (7–8 years into this) especially the last 2 stronger bc working on self concept changed everything. i affirm, i use self concept subs, and it stops me from wavering. like, even if my current reality looks nothing like what i want, i remind myself: “this isn’t even real, i’m just on a lil side mission right now, i’ll be back in my desired reality soon.” practicing non dualism helps you too. nothing is “real” except what you decide. and yeah, sometimes bad stuff happens and you feel sad. that doesn’t “ruin” your manifestation. forcing yourself not to feel sad or something like that = resistance. let yourself feel it, but remember: you’re choosing to feel it, you cry just bc you want it and it doesn’t define your reality. what you assume sticks. so when something shitty happens, instead of spiraling into “fuck my life nothing works”, i catch myself and go: “wait. i already have the life i want. this doesn’t change anything.”

remind yourself often. it costs nothing. the more you do it, the more you’ll see your reality actually shift. you literally have nothing to lose so always choose the better assumption.
