What’s up world wide web?! I hope everyone is having a good day while reading this.
Watch my YouTube video below to find out more about my week.
My vlog starts with my Saturday evening about me picking up pizza from Pizza Hut. It was just a lazy Saturday and Sunday was no different. My Monday was just mostly at home and I did not do much as well. Tuesday was the most interesting part! I started my Tuesday early. I had to drop off my boyfriend to work because his car is at the mechanic. Because I was up early, I decided to go to The Doctor’s to pick up my prescription that I ordered on Monday. I went around town to vlog a little bit. See a glimpse of where I am this side of the world.
Before lunchtime, I received a call from the boyfriend telling me that he has sold his bike and we need to deliver it. Yay! Finally, some adventure! The place where we have to deliver the bike is between Palmerston North and New Plymouth. It will take about four and a half hours to get there. So the plan was for me to drive the car and he will be riding his bike – then we drive back home. The plan went smoothly and it was such a great drive. In case you do not know, I love driving. I enjoy it so much. The route: Napier – South Taranaki – Whanganui – Palmerston North and then back to Napier. I’m counting Napier again as it was the final destination.
On our way back, we stopped to have dinner at Arranged Marriage South Indian Restaurant in Palmerston North. Food was great and enjoyable, a must-try if you like Indian food and you are passing by the area.
We also picked up some backpackers trying to hitch a ride. Hey, it was dark and cold, and they were just standing there to get to their destination. Luckily, they were going to Napier as well. We all had interesting conversations during the ride. Interestingly enough, they mentioned about their way of traveling. They are what you call cashless backpackers. Click on link for a similar article. They said they rely on people they meet for accommodation and other things. I guess they offer something in exchange for something.
Like most journeys, our journey with them had to end. My boyfriend and I had offered them a ride and that I think, is more than enough.
Anyway, I am trying to product YouTube contents and write at the same time. Hopefully, my creative juices are still in tact. I am working on a lot of things and ideas at the moment and I hope you guys can support me on that.
Five places in one day. What's up world wide web?! I hope everyone is having a good day while reading this.
