this character design was done as an exercise for fun! the @sheldonspickszine mod team thought it'd be fun to do gijinkas of the starting weapons for each class as a nice little bonus for artfight. i chose blaster because i thought it'd be funny to personify the lack of blaster votes from the first two weeks of the interest check results.
