yeah but it's even worse for me because the SD fandom on tumblr is so small that when I see new posts in the tag I'm like  "oh yay" and then it's a bunch of morons and i have to wait two days for new posts ;_;

You could put some wire mesh around the stinky ones so that ants etc can get to them but larger animals cant. Then come back when theyre clean.

ooh that's a good idea but i dunno if I could even find them anymore plus that state park isn't real close to my house

Yeah it's a tibia and it's got chew marks on it probably from a possum or a raccoon 

and I found some vertebrae and a hip bone and probably a radius but they still had some stinky flesh on them so I didn't take those

I also have a coyote skull that I got in colorado and a wild boar skull that my uncle shot so eventually I'll have an entire freaky animal skeleton to assemble
