| Girl's Night |
In all honestly, Hilda couldn't remember the last time she'd had a sleepover with another girl. She knew that she had done it a couple of times in grade school, but it was so long ago that the details were a bit blurred at this point. Not that she thought they would be a very helpful frame of reference anyway, the blonde figured that a sleepover might be a bit different with adults as the participants instead of children. The beers in her refrigerator certainly indicated so, anyway.
Still, she couldn't help but feel a certain girlish glee as she thanked the man on the other end of the line and hung up the phone, and no one could deny that there was a bounce in her step as she walked into the living room where Nina was waiting for her.
"Pizza will be here soon." She announced, trying no to sound as excited as she felt. No need to burn all of her energy now, after all.

Hilda decided that she needed air.
The office was too hectic today, too busy, too urgent. In all fairness, this was not a new phenomenon, but it had been so hectic for so long that it was starting to wear on her.
It was a shared weariness, too. Agent Pertinax saw it reflected in the eyes of her coworkers as they passed by her desk. In a strange way, she was almost grateful for it. Looks of weariness were better than the looks of pity she had been getting ever since last year when--
In any event, she needed air.
That was how she found herself at the park during her lunch break, breathing in the fresh air and trying to soothe her frayed nerves.

"But you don’t look well." She insisted, her frown ever so stubborn. "You need someone to take care of you."
「☾」;; — "No, I'm fine." He took a few breaths, trying to keep himself calm despite how shitty he felt. "Please, do not worry about me. I just... I just have a headache is all." Mikazuki clenched his fists, trying to hide how shaky they were.

Contact lenses. They were too much trouble for him really and it was never both he lost, only ever one and at the most inconvenient times as well. Like right now. When he'd have to ask someone to help him and the only people around were human (he assumed). Humans. The very creatures he couldn't really expose himself to.
Keeping the contact-less eye shut, Julian approached a young lady and smiled, genuinely. "Hello. Sorry to bother you but I appear to have lost my contact and was wondering if you could either help me find it or point me in the direction of the nearest shop I could buy another from, please?"
