i say in season nine we give Maddie a break and put the other Buckley child in danger instead. lets see how Eddie reacts to that huh? lets have Athena shove Eddie in the back of her car for a change,
also Maddie just has been through so much I swear, let her be with her babies in peace.
i really do love how buck went from absolutely hating eddies guts first day to the end of that same shift practically handing himself off to him and following him around like a puppy dog for the rest of eternity.
and eddies just like "okii :)"
I need buck to have a near death experience next season because I NEED Eddie to crash out. I need him yelling at buck for being reckless and for not caring about himself enough. you act like your expendable, but you arent. yelling at him to stop throwing himself in danger. three minutes and seventeen seconds, buck. he reminds him, teary eyed. yelling that he cant almost lose him again. how badly it will hurt Christopher. christopher cant lose you, he loves you. Buck I lo-... I cant lose you either.
and buck standing there, glossy eyes, lips parted. and for, probably, once in his life, he feels needed. he feels like he has a purpose on this god forsaken earth and its right here with this man in front of him. buck is needed. buck is wanted. and he has been all along.
three minutes and seventeen seconds.
chris and buck doing their hair in the morning. buck bought all these new hair products that he saw on social media for curly hair. the two blondes giggle in front of the mirror, buck massaging the curl product into his hair. Chris lets out soft laughter when buck allows him to do the same, and when he does, Chris immediately gets foam all over bucks forehead. this results in them using (most-likely very expensive) hair product as a weapon. they are both covered in it, and so is the sink. after they finish, they put the products away in the drawer, in the respected spot. because that was one of the things buck did when he moved in, organized the bathroom drawers and cabinets. everything has its proper place and order. they clean up and let their hair dry, heading into the kitchen so buck can start breakfast.
it becomes something they do every morning, part of their routine. they wake up extra early so their hair dries in time for school, Eddie is left to sleep in like the princess he is.
and its just this since of familiarity and domesticity within the buckley-diaz home. father and son doing their hair and bonding over the bathroom sink.
i am PRAYYYYYINGGGG buck continues to rock the curls in season nine. he literally looks like a big fluffy dog and I'm LOVVINGGG IT (so is Eddie I'm telling you.)
eddie always reminds buck to take his ADHD meds. every morning. eddie made the mistake of not reminding him one time.
he swore to never ever let buck go unmediated again.
