uhh sonic forces had a problem that deleted my save data for some reason? but from this i learned when you get 3 honors as wolf, you get gadget's full costume. i think you get his normal clothes (boots and gloves) from s'ing a stage, and his glasses from beating one, but you get his belt and brown-ish mic from honors 2 and 3 respectively

Stinks that your save file got deleted. I hope you did not get to far into the game. That would have been annoying. 

Thanks for letting us know how to get Gadget/Buddy/Rookie’s costume though!
