OOC: On Kensei and Rose not using their hollow masks my thinking was we know that the Quincies are weak to Hollows but so far we have only seen the Quincies chumping Hollows and Arrancars so far, so it makes senses that Hollows are also weak to the Quincy as well, so maybe using the hollows masks may make them more venerable to the Sternritter. I don't know :S
