rereading 672 and still gunning that Hashwalth has been playing the longest game of betrayal, because he says to Uryu “my own powers are much more suited to combat his majesty’s” and still considers Uryu a dangerous enemy, because he follows that up with “especially against someone i shouldn’t be making any mistakes with”. why would he do that, unless there’s two reasons.

A) Uryu has an ability similar to Yhwach’s.

B) Hashwalth has been biding his time, waiting for the right moment to unleash his own devastating attack that will remove Yhwach and anyone with his own abilities from the cycle.

Kubo you little shit, why was Uryuu’s ENTIRE FIGHT off-page? I did not sign up for this nonsense. Give me my epic Quincy fight.

Why. Just... why? Why is that stupid Thor-Wannabe still alive? This is getting old. Like, I was super psyched for a Toushirou/Byakuya tag-team, and you’ve kind of ruined it for me by dragging it out for so long and making them try the same thing over and over.

Ummm, am I the only one thinking that Orihime is legit screwed? Like... if this were any series besides Bleach, that was straight up foreshadowing of her death, but since almost no one ever dies for real in this series, I’m predicting some serious injuries.

Sooo... we still have no clue what happened to Urahara, Yoruichi, and the others? You’re just going to leave us hanging until the end? That’s cool.

Uhhh, what happened to Momo and Shinji??? Because they also have yet to be seen for a very long time.

Does anyone feel like that lead up to the supposed smack-down between Ichigo and Ywach was really anticlimactic? Like... there’s no way this is the last battle. It’s too tame when you compare it to Kubo’s usual dramatic entrance. And if it is, then someone else will be the one making the dramatic entrance when Ichigo starts getting the crap kicked out of him and needs help, because let’s face it, unless Orihime’s personality does a complete 180, the chances of her saving the day with anything other than her healing ability or a well-timed shield are null and void.

Finally, FOR GOD’S SAKE, STOP JUMPING AROUND AND DRAGGING FIGHTS OUT UNTIL THEY’RE BORING!!! JUST GET TO THE POINT!!!

SNK 80 and Bleach 672

Tbh I’m just happy relevant characters are starting to get axed again. It’s been way too long since someone I actually give a damn about was put in a questionable situation. It’s been like 30 chapters since someone I semi-cared about died (Hannes). The way the fandom is so overdramatic about every damn thing would make an outsider wonder if Isayama is killing off the main cast members every month. Lezbehonest here. No one from the main cast has died except Marco (and even then he was BARELY developed enough for me to care about him). Until now, I suppose.

Moving on to Bleach… Thor still isn’t dead? Siiiiiiigh… This resurrection after every killing blow is getting old. Not to mention it’s annoying as fuck.
