Stripping Wax from Mexican Terracotta Kitchen Tiles in Penwortham
My client from Penwortham, on the outskirts of Preston on the south bank of the River Ribble contacted me about their Mexican Terracotta kitchen floor as you can see from the photographs below was in a bit of a state. On the pictures you will see numerous white marks which have happened due to the use of bleach-based supermarket cleaning products on the tiles. The bleach has upset the original wax polish and over time layer after layer of new polish has been applied to try and hide it, but Read more at http://lancashire.tiledoctor.biz/stripping-wax-from-mexican-terracotta-kitchen-tiles-in-penwortham/
Bleached Wax Stripped from Mexican Terracotta in Penwortham, Lancashire

so i changed my colour again, and totally forgot how bad it is ripping the black dye out of my hair (i use cheap stuff cause i’m skint and it works). so my hair’s pretty damn bleach damaged since i’m impatient and always have to do 2 bleaches cause of my recessive ginger tint.
ANYWAY i then visited my parents, where my mum handed me Philip Kingsley Elasticizer (unwanted gift apparently). it’s really good for damaged hair. pretty expensive but if i could afford it i would use this all the time, cause whilst it hasn’t fixed all the ends, most of my hair feels as soft as it did pre-bleach.
soooo yeah. that’s it. bye now.
hello !!! i bleached my hair white in the span of like, four bleaches (two on the same day, two like a month after). i'ts not extremely damaged, but i've lost all of my natural shape. my hair used to be very curly, and now it's just a sad sort of ugly wavy? do you know how to get that back ):
Hello :) I’m afraid not, its a sad truth. Bleach destroys the bonds in your hair’s chemical make up, this is the same reason bleach can cause damage and breakage as over bleaching basically leaves your hair’s cortex hollow. Even where damage may not be visible, it can easily destroy curl pattern.
You can try using protein treatments and super conditioning your hair to try and help it rebuild its strength which can sometimes encourage it back into shape a little, but its unlikely it will be very curly again until you grow it out I’m afraid.
So I just bleached my whole head for the first and I ruined my hair, I already know I have to get a lot cut off, but is there anything to help the hair that's damaged?
Hi honey
You need a protein filler. My favourite one is Joico Deep Penetrating Reconstructor you leave it for five minutes and rinse. The protein helps fill the hollowed out cortex of your hair that causes hair to be brittle. Make sure you are deep conditioning, any conditioner will help but something with argan oil, coconut oil or the ever popular Aussie Three minute miracle (its brilliant) are good. You then need a leave in argan oil if possible. The structure of the oil is similar to the sebum in your hair and will help keep your hair moisturised.
SO use the protein filler, follow the instructions carefully as leaving it too long can be damaging also. Rinse and then condition for at least twenty minutes up to two or three hours. Wash out. Use a leave in oil. __
If you can’t afford any products then use household products. Coconut oil is fantastic, melt it a little and slather on your locks, leave for twenty minuts - three hours and wash out. Do an egg hair mask by mixing egg and oil (coconut or olive) and leaving for twenty mins then washing off with cold water (not hot as the egg will scramble).
Good morning :) In January I bleached my dark brown hair for the first time. I knew it would wreak havoc on my hair, which is naturally dry but healthy as I use argan oil daily. After two salon trips and 3 bleaches, its the right colour (except for some yellow tones sometimes) but my hair is a nightmare. I NEVER use heat, always let it try naturally, still use argan oil daily and regularly use deep conditioning treatments and cover it in coconut oil. What else can i do?! Its so fluffy!! :(
Hello! You’re doing pretty much all you can with oils and deep conditioning. The only thing you can add to your routine that will REALLY help is a protein treatment. Right now your hair is probably pretty much hollow, these protein treatments act like fillers. I love Joico Kpak re-constructor. Its highly recommended by most hair dressers too.

Other than that, make sure you get a trim, you’d be amazed what taking just a cm off the ends can do for the look of your hair.
Unfortunately bleach damage can’t really be reversed, only helped.
Hey! I was wondering if you know some good hair products that can fix damaged hair from bleach and that, not too pricey though, my hair is legit like a birds nest :-( I haven't dyed it in a good 3/4 months, I never blow dry, hardly straighten it, shampoo and condition it every 2-3 days but it still doesn't seem to be helping, so any suggestions please :-(
hello! For budget bleach repair you can’t get better than coconut oil (about £2-3). You can either get a pre-made masque (again these tend to be very cheap) or you can get some oil and warm it up enough to smooth through your locks, leave for 20 mins - 3 hours then wash off.
Coconut oil is amazing for smoothing and strengthening hair.
Many pound shops also stock Argan Oil based products now, so look out for those.
Aussie three minute miracle has saved many-a-head from dry hair and is around £5 per bottle, but often on special offer. (leave for twenty mins)
You sound like you could do with a protein treatment, these run more expensive however, but have a mooch around your local afro specialist store as they often do great prices on these.
My friend also swears by Organics hair mayonnaise which costs around £3-6 depending where you get it.
hope this helps!
