Might as well share this since I haven’t seen anyone mention it.

So I found an archive of these small toons called Rebecca’s Realm. I assume they’re from the BeGoths comic (Yes, the same BeGoths doll line had a comic book) since it says in the compilation book below. But I’m not 100% sure on that.

Anyways, I found an old Tripod website archiving them and I haven’t seen anyone acknowledge these, so might as well be the first! (And if I’m not the first, I mean being second or any other number isn’t bad!)

And while I’m at it, might as well share some of the plushies this obscure series got! I could only find plushies of Rebecca and Edgar, I could not find a plush of Max.

And the compilation book below. As far as I know, the book is rather hard to come by.

I adore Bleeding Edge goths! But the one thing I don’t adore is the casual racism in the line & the fandom. My two boys cost me about $5 ea but the girls were $15-$20 ea. I chose to get these two girls in particular because they’re the only women of color in the series that I’m aware of AND they’re both variants the gold one being a con exclusive. There are light skinned versions of both my girls but there are no dark skinned versions of any other characters & just straight up no men of color period, awfully convenient how that works out hm? I don’t like how colorist the goth subculture can be and Bleeding Edge goths carryon that unfortunate tradition. That being said I’m grateful for the two that I do have but I doubt I’ll get any more of them. There is an Asian female character but she’s not a figure like these 4 she’s a doll & she’s a geisha... because of course she is. Learn from this my friends! Pale skin a goth does not make.
