You feel those eyes on you. Where ever you go, always those eyes. You feel them boil and pop from your flesh, weeping pus and tears, turning you monstrous. Hide the eyes with cloth, pray the others cannot see you, cannot see the shame, cannot see the roaming eyes. Feel them between your thighs, upon your breasts. Feel them pushing from between your teeth as you scream. You feel them all the time. When you wake, when you dream. Itching, hungry eyes. Close your lids, close your mind, and still they watch. You feel those eyes on you, such cruel eyes, and you cry, let me be unseen.

I really hate all the excessive bleeping and censoring of bad words lately -- hiding from reality just results in a reality like this one.

Now I hear media calling suicide 'when a person "un-alives" themself,' which seems kind of silly. It reminds me of the time I first spotted an early instance of this linguistic shell-game, when a spectator died and the announcer at the football game announced, "Stay seated, folks. We've got what appears to be a non-breather on the ground. Yes, it's a non-breather."

Sometimes I can't tell what the story even is, like I'm watching Jimmy Kimmel's Unnecessary Censorship. I recently got into a discussion of the "c"-word online -- and we suddenly realized we were arguing over different "c"-words!

I hate this kind of beating around the tiny shrub-like tree. Coddling and nurturing stupidity is stupid.
