He wasn’t sure about Hanna’s plan to break into the place, was sure that there must be some sort of security that would be alerted by the jimmied door and running down the hall to stop them. But Hanna seemed confident as they entered the kids pizza place.

"GEEZ, man I don’t remember these things looking so… freaky." Hanna gestured at the animatronics on the darkened stage, they were hulking and eerie where they stood, stiff in mid-animation. They did look ‘freaky’, aged in a weird way, something about them made him very uncomfortable looking at them. "I mean, I dug this place as a kid but it hasn’t aged well.”

Hanna turned away from the stage, clicking on a flashlight and swinging the light around the empty dining room. “What do you think Ulysses? Should we check the kitchens or the back rooms or?”

He was about to answer, with a firm ‘are you sure we should be in here, what are you even looking for’, when he noticed the robotic bear’s gaze had changed at some point. He was positive its head had been cast in the other direction a moment ago. He frowned at it, “Hanna… what… exactly are we investigating here…”

Hanna had shuffled down between the tables, swinging his flashlight back at him so it accidentally flashed him in the eyes. “Lots of reports of noise at night, really creepy, someone said their brother came to work here and never came home but the company says he didnt work here so..” He blinked to regain his vision after the flashlight beam, all three animatronics on the stage where now staring in his direction. They… they weren’t doing that before…

"I mean, it might be haunted, there was that story years ago about some kids getting killed here but I don’t know if that was just a rumor or-" Hanna paused mid-sentence as his eyes went wide staring at a wall. "….Ulysses…. did.. are you seeing anything… weird?"

"…these things were definitely not staring at me" He answered, eyeing the robots as he swore one of them vibrated on the spot, "…when we came in…"
