Can sympathise with the construction because that has just happened to me last week and it was a 24hr non stop construction and I can literally feel myself dying and in distress, no work can be done until in a desperate moment I called a friend to ask if I can stay over at her place because I literally can't do any work at all its just too much. If you have friends that can accommodate you, you can try doing the same?
