Oh man okay so 

Payaso would probably be the last to godtier out of the four of them, Leenri probably being the first. Even after discovering that he won’t actually die for real, Payaso would still be terrified of dying. When it comes down to it with all of the other three having god tiered, Payaso asks Manika to "kill him and make it quick” so that he can join the others. She does so by stabbing him through the heart with a giant needle, which is one of her two weapons. It is not pleasant for anyone involved and has a lot of crying on poor Payaso’s part, but once he ascends he would have bounced back completely and immediately start seeing what sort of Hope-y powers he has!
