Immolator is complete!

Theresa, sometimes called "Mother" is the latest addition to the Choir of St Barbara. A testament to the divine utility of the Rhino pattern, the Immolator combines the speed of Humanity's finest APC with some of the holiest weaponry bestowed by the Emperor's Light.

But don't let the name fool you, Billy. Theresa doesn't really set heretics on fire. It's more of a directed microwave array that superheats its target until it melts into slag.

The chassis goes a lot faster the second time around. Apart from some door details and the ram, everything below the cockpit is the same sprue as the Exorcist/Rhino/Castigator.

Another fine angle. I'd happily build out another Immolator with the heavy flamers instead.

I've already got a small cadre of multimelta Sisters, so twin linked multimeltas round out the Fuck Your Tank team nicely.

Here's the stained glass window backlit. This panel came out really well, it was my first real foray into contrast paints. It was good for this translucent panel, but I am not going to start slapchopping any time soon.

I really appreciate this panel. I have at least two alternative schemes for this pattern that would look wildly different from the above. I would love to see more of these stained glass windows in future kits for the Sororitas.

A few little hobby updates :

First up I've done the white highlighting on my husband's Battle Suits and Pathfinders. I still need to throw a gloss coat on them in preparation for the ink wash / panel lining but the armor now largely reads as white.

I also did a bit of printing last night : 3 War Suits - the first models for my Blessed Sisters, as well as 10 jet packs for my Assault Brothers for my Battle Brothers army. I'm still not sure what to actually DO with my Battle Brothers, but I'm sure I'll figure something out after the 3.6 rules come out in September. Until then, at least the giant obnoxious jet packs are out and these new smaller ones are in. You can see the size difference, and I think they look objectively better as well.

First tank print ever is going swimmingly! Currently printing the turret and dozer blade, so I'll post updates when I have it fully assembled. This is the M48 Caprina APC from "Marcher," with the "Crocodile" flame tank upgrade. I've also got the "Bighorn" MLRS upgrade so I don't have to use that obnoxious pipe organ bullshit the GW Sisters have.

The models are "Daughters of War" from Makers Cult. These will be War Suits (Paragon Battle Suits, I believe, if this were 40k)

Grimdark Future allows Battle Sisters to have Terminator Armor and Bikes(not appearing). They were great in a Tabletop Simulator campaign, so I built them from my parts bin. I have never purchased or assembled a terminator kit in my life.

Meet the Brick. Hoo boy, were they fun to throw through a window.

Never gonna play at a GW tournament, so I have complete artistic discretion in building.

Three per unit. Ambush works much like a 40k deep strike, you can drop them within charge range at the top of a round or into an objective. Very disruptive when activations alternate. So much for your plan, war is hell.

I didn't win the campaign, but it was fun. Did play again.

The insignia that aren't GW came from Forgotten Chapters in the EU, their decals look very good and went on easily. They're made from various parts I got in eBay bits bags, some metal and some plastic.
