Conflicting personality of wanting people to look at me (purple hair, dress up, smiles brightly) but also wanting to lurk in the shadows and be passed by (insecurity of big glasses, boyish bod, crooked teeth) like wtf Sammy make up your damn mind
It's beyond me that now every time I take off my glasses I get automatically blind & watery eyes is BEYOND me! Still something I have to get use to cause Mermen weren't built to wear seeing glasses
Okay, so I have to wear my glasses instead of my contacts for a little while because of this medicine I'm on and they are SO annoying. I don't know why people always say that glasses are easier. Contacts don't get smudges on them a million times a day, when it rains I can still see, I have peripheral vision in contacts, and they don't squeeze the begeezus out of my head! I also hate the way I look in glasses so self esteem is at a big fat zero until I'm back in my contacts.
Choose the winner for the Super Bowl
The road to the Super Bowl in Detroit stop, and there are only four days remaining until the square off against the Pittsburgh Steelers Seattle Seahawks. The two teams took very different roads to get to the final of the season. Pittsburgh Steelers (11-5) struggled early in the season, but made a ceaseless race to the end of the season to squeak into the playoffs with a generic point. With three road games straight in the playoffs, has eliminated the Cinncinati Bengals, the Indianapolis Colts favored team and the Denver Broncos in advance of their appearance super sixth in franchise history. The Steelers plan on putting another Vince Lombardi Trophy back home this weekend in Pittsburgh. Their opponents are the Seattle Seahawks, the team's most unknown and underestimated in the NFL. Unlike their rivals the Super Bowl, Seattle crushed the NFC with an outstanding 13-3 record. They gained an advantage Homefield probably the loudest stadium in the NFL, Quest Field. The Seahawks won their first game since 1984 when they survived against a team very hard Washington Redskin to advance to the NFC Championship Game with the Carolina Panthers. Carolina was no match for Seattle where they have been completely destroyed 34-14, giving Seattle its first Super Bowl trip in franchise history. It is a mystery to me why the Seahawks are not getting much respect from the media and football fans long time. They seek to prove the doubters wrong by beating the Steelers Sunday. Each team has advantages and weaknesses that may be holding the trophy monumental Lombardi at the end of the game. I break down and compare the two teams and give my idea about who has the advantage QUARTERBACKSBen RoethlisbergerThe Second year QB has really become a leader for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Last season, Roethlisberger to winther was'nt great games, because it could rely on his relentless running game with Jerome "The Bus" Bettis and Deuce Staley to carry most of the load. This year, Big Ben has become more patient and more accurate with his passes. It is a big tough guy who can stay in the pocket without being shaken by a defensive pass rush threat. He can scramble for more distance if necassary, what makes him a very dangerous quarterback. Roethlisberger has mostly average arm strength that can make the deep throw if the offensive line gives him time adequete. The problem that Ben Roethlisberger faces is the inexperience in the big game. There is no doubt he will be a great quarterback in the future for the Steelers, but the big question is whether or not he can control his nerves Sunday against Seattle Seahawk intelligent defense. Matt HasselbackHasselback must be the most underrated bowl pro QB in the history of the NFL. His early career began in fashion rollercoaster. Often, Matt has been criticized by the media for his playing inconsistent, but has evolved into one of the best QB in the NFL this season. Like Roethlisberger, Hasselback has never been to the Super Bowl and the big game will be a test of his nerves. NFC signal caller pro bowl is a true field general. He has great vision, able to quickly scan the field and make big plays passing on a consistent basis. Hasselback is not known for his scrambling abilities, but he has enough speed to get around in the pocket and out of blitzing defenders. Advantage: Both QB of what it takes to lead their teams to win the Super Bowl, but I think the NFL experience will be key in this game. I give the green light to Matt Hasselback.RECEIVERSPittsburgh Steeler receiversIf there a receiver in the NFL who plays the game with the mentality of a defensive player is Hines Ward. This off for six years, two hundred fifteen pounds is the receptor blocking in the best football, constantly punish defenders with blocks of keys each week. Ward is also one of the most reliable receivers in the league. There are better teams in the deep threat and their best chance to make big yardage in the air. Antwaan Randle El is maturing as a No. 2 receiver reliably. Randle El is the fastest receiver on the team. However, it is inconsistent and need to step up big time to help his team Sunday. The receiver to monitor for Cedric Wilson. In the game AFC Championship against the Denver Broncos, Wilson stepped up to make a significant contribution in helping his team advance to the big game. Seattle Seahawk receiversBobby Ingram and Darrell Jackson are reliable receivers for the Seahawks. They both have the opportunity to get open and stretch defenses downfield for big gains. What they lack in size, big Joe Jurevicius and Jerramy Stevens represents. The Seahawks have plenty of targets downfield, and Shaun Alexander out of the backfield on passing plays. Advantage: Hines Ward will be the most talented receiver on the field during the Super Bowl, but the Seahawks have a more reliable receivers who can make plays downfield. I'm taking them to have a good day. Running BACKSSteelers BacksJerome Bettis going home to Detroit and did not need any introduction when he steps on the field Sunday. The future Hall of Fame is at the end of a great career but still has some gas in the tank to move bodies and make the difficult parking. Search for "The Bus" to make parking difficult in the red zone and wear by small Seahawk defenders. Willie Parker is a homerun hitter youth who can explode at any given game. It will most likely be the starter for more than Bettis, but both backs will certainly share the load. Seahawk Running BacksNo other NFL player has ever rushed for more touchdowns (28) in a single season from Shaun Alexander. The NFL MVP has quick movements to most defenders miss and Seattle will get their star running back to make decisions on a physical defense of Pittsburgh. ADVANTAGE: If I had to pick a backfield between the two teams, it would be the Steelers' running backs. Jerome Bettis and Willie Parker are a great combination with the speed and power. Shaun Alexander is a great running back, but maybe some penalty against one of the meanest defenses in the NFL. Offensive line coach LINESteelers Offensive LineOffensive Russ Grimm - a big linemen of all time and one of the "pigs" for the Washington Redskins in the 80 - to construct a line that is built to punish defenders. They move the batteries and the open holes and big enough for a bus to go. Seahawks Offensive LineWalter Jones may be one of the best blockers in the league. He is very athletic for his size and powerful. Not many defenders happen. Jones is an essential element of the offense, and he makes all other players along side him better. ADVANTAGE: The Steelers have the best backfield in my opinion, and one of the main reasons is the big guy in the front. Like the offensive line of the Pittsburgh Steelers on sunday.DEFENSEPittsburgh SteelersThe # 4 ranked defense is one of the worst in the NFL. They prey on every play alone with the intent to destroy the ball carrier. Their crossing point is one of the best linebacker Joey Porter with first. Wear a pro bowler with good speed to get in the backfield. There is also a man very well and cover receivers, interference on the line of scrimmage. Troy Palamalu is one of the best young defensive backs in the game he has great speed and change direction. Palamalu is very intelligent and is able to read the opposing QB to make a great game for his team. Did I mention he is a vicious hitter? Seattle Seahawks SeahawksThe have the most sacks in the NFL. They are ranked No. 17 but do not be fooled by that number. They are a fast and aggressive unit that is built on speed and finesse to get to the ball carrier. Led by rookie linebacker Lofa sub-Tatupu, the Seahawks fly to the ball in hopes of turnover. ADVANTAGE: The Seahawks are good, but the Steelers defense is better and more of a bottom of wickedness. FINAL forecast: The Pittsburgh Steelers are the toughest team, but the research team's most experienced Seattle to open the passing game with a healthy dose of Shaun Alexander. Do not be surprised if Matt Hasselback is MVP of the game. Seahawks start the fight, but finding a rhythm of their later and win 31-17.
