yellow insisting that using her power like that is undignified, so pink forces her to pick her up every time she wants to kiss her gem

blue scooping pink up in her hands and blowing raspberries all over her stomach

yellow only kissing pink’s gem by proxy, lightly kissing her fingertip and then poking pink’s belly with a little smile

blue collapsing into yellow’s lap after the war and yellow holding her there almost every day, softly pressing her lips to her facets and dropping both their tears onto her chest and hair. gradually she does it less and less over the centuries; by the time a thousand years passed, it’s almost never at all anymore

yellow leaning in and letting blue reciprocate after she finally breaks down and cries her own tears

yellow letting those thieving little newcomers (bismuth, peridot, and lapis) keep control of her ship for their journey back to earth so that in blue’s ship the two of them can be alone, making up for all the imbalance between them

Blink Diamond is pretty dead now and I'm sad about it as I loved the idea they were lovers. I also love all the artwork that came from that idea and seriously, au that stuff guys. But Pink and Blue having a daughter-mother relationship in canon? I'm all here for that, gimme it. I just want them happy and best friends. They're family.
