Diablo II - Kevin Cassidy COLLAB by Marco Tomaselli
Diablo II Collector’s edition
With the recent digital PC release of Diablo, we take a look at the only console release of this classic Blizzard game. The modern coming of the rogue dungeon and loot RPG, Diablo laid the ground work for a large chuck of modern loot games. With out it Phantasy Star Online would never have existed and PSO, redefined version of the gameplay is what most games in the 2010s are based on.
The PS1 port was by Climax Studios in the UK who previously did Warcraft 2 on console. While the graphics and sound quality have taken a hit and the menus have been redesigned for console controls. This is an excellent port and the quality of which might surprise a lot of people. There's even a two player co-op, which compensates for the lost of the online and the fact you and a friend can journey deep into Diablo together makes this a great extra. This is EA and Climax at there very best, there's even a speed option, you can use to increase the game speed if you want. This helps hugely with the PAL version shown in the video to get the speed to closer match the NTSC version.

Diablo: You can FLY?
Barbarian: No fly. Jump good!

My rendition of a lore character nobody remembers, referenced in a side quest in the first game, and an item in the first two games. As a chick because why not.
