Today we were called out to this customers house as they had a blocked shower drain in their ensuite bathroom. We removed the shower drain cover to access waste pipe. We were very surprised when we pulled out/removed large hair buildup, large pieces of cosmetic mirrors & an iPod 📱. We were called out to a blocked/overflowing sewer pipeline to this property. We could not find any sufficient access to sewer in backyard even though we had the property diagram. After approximately 1 hour of searching the backyard we noticed a small area of dampness next to rear decking area. Upon looking through the gaps between the timber decking we found the sewer access. We had to cut out a couple of pieces of the timber decking to access the PVC pipeline.
