Playfulness - Blockers(2018) - a little screen time but big impact 🙈☺️

Today's government mandated femslash couple of the day is
Kayla Mannes and Julie Decker!
MILES ROBBINS as Connor Aldridge in BLOCKERS (2018).
List of movies that people misjudged based on the trailers and/or summaries but ended up being REALLY good:
1. Sisters (2015)
2. Blockers (2018)
3. Game Night (2018)
4. Tag (2018)
5. Office Christmas Party (2016)
I’d advise watching all of them, especially Game Night! That movie is NOT what it seems. Trust me.

Movie Review: Blockers (2018)
I did not expect this movie to be so... wonderful? Intelligent? Inclusive? But it was, and more, it was actually hilarious!!! All the girls have their own personalities and interests, the teen boys are all super respectful and ask for consent, the parents' seperate journeys in learning how to let their children go was really insightful, and there were no racist or harmful jokes at all (unless I missed something, but other reviews I've seen agree). And how could I forget the wonderful lesbian romance that WASN'T thrown in as an afterthought but explored similarly to the heterosexual romances?? I just love that both the teens and their parents' points of view are understandable because that makes it so easy for parents to learn how to actually support their kids AND it promotes safe sex so teens watching will also learn good behaviors. Warm fuzzies all around!
