Obsessive Compulsive Dean has a very specific routine. The video blogger Castiel updates each Wednesday night, and Dean spends breakfast enjoying watching him on his laptop every Thursday morning. And every other morning too.
Essentially my apology AU for @kawaguardian for breaking her soul over the Guardian Angel!AU (My Guardian Lady).
She then drew this marvelous work of Adrien being his little Kitten self so I HAD to make a post on it.
SO...
Adrien is constantly in this little cafe with a black beanie with little black ears who's an aspiring writer and blogger who goes by the name "Chat Noir" and always orders the same thing - hot chocolate with room to add lots of milk to cool it down.
And Marinette is a barista who is also a blogger and comic artist under the name Lady Bug who is quite famous but needs moneys still so she works part-time in the coffee shop.
So Chat Noir, the aspiring sic-fi writer, always online flirts with Lady Bug, the comic and blogger, because she was his first friend online and she's really cool and tots doesn't treat him like glass because he's famous in real life or whatever.
But Mari doesn't realize the boy she talks to is THE Adrien Agreste no he comes in with his beanie and oversized sweater and he looks like a little hipster with his hot chocolate and she always writes "Kitten" on his cup (she knows his name is Adrien but it started as a joke when he first came in and couldn't say his own name in fear of being recognized - now it's a thing and he smiles brightly every time Mari or another barista calls out "HOT CHOCOLATE FOR... KITTEN?"
(Adrien loves the cafe for this reason - it’s homey unlike his house but is close enough that he can sneak out to there and sneak back before anyone notices. They’re teenagers, so Mari also needs to be able to walk to work every day)
Lady Bug’s main comic, Miraculous, a superhero take of science and magic, is her claim to fame but then she starts a side comic. It's a four-pannel short every week of a girl barista (that looks a little like Mari) trying to gain the courage to talk to her male crush who she has nicknamed "kitten."
And at first Adrien doesn't put it together because Marinette couldn't imagine the young writer being a blogger. He watches her comics and giggles as "Lady" tries to flirt with "Kitten" and things are obviously overdone and hilarious (not realizing that they really AREN'T that overdone).
Then one day Adrien runs in there after a photoshoot trying to run from a crazed fangirl (and boy) bunch, and he dives behind the counter (Mari is the only one working that day). And Mari is shocked by his diving behind the counter like "who are you?"
The boy looks up, wide-eyed in his fitted clothes and nice hair and no beanie and Mari recognizes those eyes and she's like "Kitten?" And she clutches her heart like it's racing a mile an hour.
And the boy grins up and, hesitantly, he says, "Hey, uh, can I hide down here for a while?"
That's how Mari, with the shop deserted otherwise, slides down next to him with two hot chocolates (one made to Kitten standards), and they talk for real for the first time in ever. Marinette gets a pure kick out of hearing that Adrien is famous but wants to be a writer or a physicist because he loves science but he also loves science fiction. Mari reveals that she likes fashion but on the side she likes to draw comics. She promises that one day she'll remember her sketchbook (she actually has it but is scared to share because of all the four-pannel comics of her flirting attempts).
It is only that week's update that things come together.
Mari decides to draw a panel comic about her crush Kitten jumping in through the door as screaming girls are outside and she just falls over, crashes into the ground, and he smiles and asks "can I hide here for a while?"
And Adrien sees the comic and is like... wait, what? WHAT???
Like confident, funny, amazing Lady Bug is Mari, the girl from the cafe, because suddenly all those events were ALL HIS INTERACTIONS.
He's got a crush on her and friends with her online and knows SO MUCH about her and he loves all of it.
So he doesn't show up for a week and Mari is scared she ran him off. Even Chat, one of her best friends, isn't responding to her. She readies to post a comic about her staring out the window, looking for Kitten with a sad look on her face, but just before closing Adrien bursts in, a book in his hands.
He grins at her, asking if it's too late to get a hot chocolate, and she smiles and says it's never too late so even if she's cleaned up she flips the closed sign and makes him a hot chocolate on the house because he looks particularly raged and they sit at a table and he explains that he had a photo shoot and was talking to a person who does his dad's magazine spread to print something for him. And Mari is like so excited like "OH! Did you print part of your book?" And he grins and hands her a wrapped book. It's thin, though, and small so Mari is confused until she opened it.
It's a book of her four panel comics, her comments underneath explaining them, and all the comments Chat Noir ever made on them. Marinette flips through them all until she gets to the last page. It's blank with one question at the top.
"Want to go on a date, My Lady?"
The four-panel comic that week is a three-page comic where Lady Bug and Chat Noir reveal that they are who they are, the book, and the book. The last panel has Lady crying, smiling, and she gives the boy a kiss to the cheek.
If u couldn't tell, Chat's now posted to his website the most fantastical story of how the magic of a lucky lady made a black cat's day.
This is ALL Shadzu and Kirono's fault. You started this. Now. Now I can't stop. This is going to get really inappropriate really quickly because everything I touch turns to sex.
ANYWAY Headcannon for you Bear bros: Mattie makes the sexiest faces when he's half alseep. Lots of morning sex.
