Not sure what you SimPE skills are, but what you’re talking about only takes a few minutes per career to change, and it’s very clear what you need to change too. I agree that the BG careers aren’t worth the pay in most cases. I have edited a few of them, especially the final stage. I want the final career level to be one I enjoy my sims being. My athletic sims now work five days a week, and with a slighter larger pay for example (more workdays increase the number of days where you can get the chance card)
