AU The Spy and the Ronin || @Bloody-Leopard

Bonney sighed as she leaned against the wall, waiting for her superiors to come and join her. She looked out the window, where she could see the moon, high above Kyoto. Sometimes, she pitied the moon, it was staring down at this world, this diseased world that was heading towards destruction. Oh, how she loathed it, this world, the people living in it. In these times, there was only one thing that was to be expected, and that was the daily bloodshed that took place in this city. Though, she couldn't really say she pitied the victims, since most of them deserved to die. And as she looked at the night filled streets, she could clearly see the silhouette of some ronin, no doubt hunting down his next victim.

"Admiring the moon, again?" A deep voice asked in amusement as the male came in. Bonney scoffed and looked towards him with a disproving look on her face. "What?! Can't a girl watch as more of our enemies fall victim to some ronin?" She asked and rolled her eyes. "Honestly, Kidd, I had no idea that you were going to be in this meeting." She told him and watched as he came to sit next to her. "I asked Katsura to let me come, I want to go on a fucking mission." She nodded at him and sighed. "I know what you mean, since the new ronin came, I haven't been getting any missions." She really needed another mission, it had been way too long, since she had seen the crimson blood flowing down on one of her victims, she believed Kidd was the same.

Bonney turned towards the door as she heard more people coming in, one of them being a leader of the Choshu Clan. He nodded at Bonney and Kidd, before sitting down across from them on a tatami mat. "It's good to see you, finally, Jewelry Bonney." He addressed her and turned to Kidd to greet him, too. She wasn't particularly fond of dealing with all of the political crap, but if it got her a mission, she would listen to what they had to say. She was actually curious on what they were going to do with the Shinsengumi. She hated those Mibu dogs, they were nothing, but mindless killers, though, she could say the same about almost everyone here. She frowned as she saw the last few people come in, they were new, so why were they even allowed in these meetings?!
