The secret to growth

The secret to helping a plant flourish, is equivalent to how you can grow as a person. Every flowering shrub has many branches, buds, connections. Each flower represents a person, some flowers bloom and contribute to the health and growth of the plant, and some die, drooping with sadness, festering hatred, and self pity. No matter how many resources the healthy flowers provide, the wilting ones continuously drain the plant, depleting it when they will not absorb anything. In order for the plant to grow, the drooping and weeping blooms must be cut from the plant. Only then can the plant circulate it's resources to the surviving flowers and to its health as a whole.
