Well that's a first. I almost threw up mid set, but thank god I held it in 😂. Also, apparently my brain doesn't work when I'm lifting heavy so I did 7 reps instead of 6... whoops 🤷🏽♂️ Top set of sumo deadlifts for 6(or in this case, 7) with 197.5kg (434.5lbs).
