Yes, I noticed a decrease in the amount or severity of headaches and eyestrain

Yes, I noticed an improvement in sleep

Yes, I noticed both a reduction in headaches/eyestrain and improvement in sleep

Not sure, they might have helped but it might also be a placebo effect
