I just got started on Pokemon Masters EX and Blue was one of the first Sync Pairs I pulled in it. I had a conversation with him in the lobby after I finished talking to Rosa and while I was in the room with him, I saw Leaf’s name as a topic to talk to him about and I picked it.

…I decided to ask him about Leaf for funsies and I got a boost in attention points. I know that you’re thinking about “that” girl in mind.

I think one of my favorite reasons for shipping Conflictingshipping (Green x Leaf) is the mental image of poor Professor Oak being forced to watch his mouthy grandson repeatedly eviscerate his chances of becoming a great grandpa.

Green shapes up eventually, even though it takes Leaf disappearing to Mt. Silver first and realizing what he may have lost for it to happen, but Professor Oak has all my sympathies during the events of FRLG.
