Here is their recipe for BLUE MAJIK DOUGHNUTS 💙✨💙✨💙✨💙 Ingredients: Glaze Ingredients: ¼ to ½ tsp Blue Majik 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp water Optional garnish: Chopped nuts Donut Ingredients: Pro Tip #1: The recipe below is for a very plain dough, so don’t hesitate to go nuts. Think of it like an unlit menorah— add a squeeze or two of lemon and some zest, some cinnamon, some apple, or whatever tickles your fancy. Doughnut fear, there’s no such thing as a bad doughnut recipe. Wet Ingredients: 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal and 3 tbsp water) 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup maple syrup 2 ½ tbsp melted coconut oil Dry Ingredients: 1 cup gluten free flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda Pinch of salt Steps: Preheat your oven to 375 F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients In a separate bowl, mix your wet ingredients together too. Combine your wet and dry ingredients, blending well, then scoop into a piping (or Ziplock!) bag. Pipe your dough into a doughnut pan. Bake your doughnuts in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Once your doughnuts are done baking, let them cool completely on a rack. While your rings are cooling, mix together your glaze, beginning with the powdered sugar and water in one bowl. Separate this icing into two different bowls. Add ¼ to ½ tsp of Blue Majik into one of these bowls. Mix well. Drizzle some of this newly blued glaze into your original bowl of icing, swirling it with a spoon or toothpick so that is suitably and seasonably hypnotic. Dip your doughnuts. Not crazy enough for the eight days and nights ahead? Drizzle MORE of the blue glaze on top, plus a sprinkle of crushed almonds. Enjoy! #vegan #bluemajik #bluespirulina #bluealgae #plantbased
