Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, and almond milk until well combined. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly and form a thin layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
