Been a fan of blue-colored drinks since I was in my 20s. Always made me feel like I was cooling off in Hawaii, or any beach, and most definitely on vacation. So, here I am, at home, can’t really go on vacation, but I have a full liquor cabinet. A few posts back I shared my gin cocktail with a little creme de violette. This time I experimented with the already-blue Empress 1908 Gin that I really like. And their botanicals were just heightened with a small amount of the violet liqueur. And LOOK AT THAT COLOR!
