She's known for darting through trees, outsmarting enemies, and keeping up with the big leagues using nothing but sheer tenacity (and squirrels, obviously). This workout reflects her playful energy, lightning-fast reflexes, and non-stop hustle.
🔥 Warm-Up: Tail Bounce Activation
Just like Squirrel Girl’s signature tail spring, you’re getting your bounce going before the battle begins.
🟤 Jumping Jacks – 50 reps or
🟤 Jump Rope – 5 minutes nonstop
🟤 Arm Circles – 30 seconds forward / 30 seconds backward
🟤 Hip Rolls – 10 reps each direction
🏃♀️ Workout Mode: Parkour Pounce
This is your main mode—cardio-based with bursts of strength and agility, like a squirrel hopping from branch to branch.
Set Structure: 4 Rounds — 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest between exercises.
High Knees in Place 💥 Keep that energy up like you're sprinting through Central Park.
Mountain Climbers – 50 reps 💥 Engage your core and move quick, like scaling trees.
Squat to Front Kick – 25 each side 💥 Power from the ground, kick like you’re punting acorns at Doom Bots.
Bear Crawls – 20 meters forward & back 💥 Keep low and controlled—channel your inner rodent warrior.
Shadow Boxing – 5 minutes 💥 Light feet, fast hands—punch like you’re clearing out henchmen with attitude.
🌰 Ultimate Workout: The Acorn Bombardment
Doreen’s ultimate is unleashing chaos with her squirrel squad. We’ll channel that explosive energy with full-body slams.
Medicine Ball Slams – 50 reps If you don’t have a medicine ball:
Power Tosses – 3 sets of 15 squats with an overhead throw of any safe ball, catching it on the way down.

🧘 Cool-Down: Chill Squirrel Vibes
Wind it down like a hero after a victorious mission in the trees.
🚶♀️ 5-Minute Walk (indoor or outdoor)
