Riddick gently lay Vaako’s head in his lap and stroked the braids he loved so well. “Never was any other, Vaako. Just you. Only you, my beautiful animal.”

Vaako  looked up at him, visions blurred, head throbbing.  He wanted to say something, couldn't.  Instead he sent.  Not words, just feelings, everything he was feeling right then, how mush he loved Riddick, how much he'd needed him, how terrified he was...and also how much he was just weirdly okay with this.
