Fuck it, here’s some pics of sandwiches I’ve made recently cause why not.
First up is an oxtail grilled cheese. My grandma made the oxtail itself but I made the sandwich. I’ve done it before on wheat bread, but the sourdough was a better choice.
Next up we have a BCLT. The C is for the diced chicken breast I added. Also sprinkled some Parmesan cheese throughout to add a bit more flavor. This was my hyperfixation sandwich for a while but now I only make it occasionally.
Third sandwich is a steak egg and cheese. I sliced and seasoned the steak up nicely before cooking it to the point where it got tender. Then I made the eggs and put it all together. Can you tell I like sourdough bread?
Last but certainly not least, a few hours ago I made a baconeggandcheese, which is the national fruit of New York City. I used cheddar because that’s what I had, but I definitely wish I had American cheese for this. It still came out delicious of course.
