Ngl I don't know much about K-pop in general but @misscandyla your recent idol Gi-hun post sparked some inspiration. Won't be surprised if a similar idea was done before, but consider an older In-ho/younger Gi-hun dynamic where In-ho is a former idol turned (micro)manager. While his name carries weight in the industry, he's gotten a bit of a reputation for the high standards and strict regimen he puts his clients through, has been called cruel on more than one occasion, and made more than a few people cry over the course of his career. Doesn't have patience for anyone who isn't serious about putting the work in. Then Gi-hun enters his life. He's (surprisingly) lasted longer with In-ho than most. Gives as good as he gets when it comes to him. Their feelings for each other might extend beyond mutual respect, but neither of them believes it. Gi-hun thinks In-ho tolerates him at best and hates him at worst. Meanwhile, In-ho doesn't want to risk Gi-hun's career over a potential scandal, and he doesn't think Gi-hun's flirting will amount to anything serious anyways. It's just casual, him having fun, living his life. Because why would Gi-hun want him when he could have anyone else?

Prism and Flambae being extra clingy with each other when they get absolutely wasted together, they over here shedding tears, all up in their feelings.

My personal headcanon is that Flambae tells Robert (in the most Flambae way possible) that he assumed Robert was straight, and Robert will never let that man live it down now. Shows up to one of their first dates in one of those "I'm not gay, but my boyfriend is" t-shirts with the most serious expression ever. Flambae says he's gonna kill him, but the words would hold more weight if he wasn't fighting back the biggest smile when he says it. Gives in and bursts into laughter when Robert cracks his own smile at him.

💕 How did they both realize “oh wait, this is actually love”?

Not necessarily when they realize it's love, but I headcanon they realize they care about each other when Robert stays the night at Flambae's place for the first time. Their relationship is more on the casual side at first, or as "casual" as these two could be about each other, with them mostly fooling around at SDN or at Robert's apartment for a while, but going to Flambae's place, sleeping in his bed and actually spending the night together, waking up in each other's arms... Yeah, there's some feelings surfacing there that they can't ignore anymore.

🔥 What’s the pettiest thing they’ve ever argued about?

Funny thing is that I could see these two turning anything into a petty argument if they're in the mood for it. They'll bicker and start arguments simply for the love of the game. Pettiest argument this week alone would be Robert stealing Flambae's last gummy bear while they were watching a movie, and now he's on the couch getting the silent treatment for the rest of the night. Flambae will be calling his ass out on comms at work tomorrow, and Z-Team will be mostly siding with him to fuck with Robert.

I honestly think it would depend on my version of Robert and how the events of dispatch played out. From my "canon" playthrough though, I would say Flambae falls first, and they both fall hard although slightly more so on Robert's side.

As for this AU I'm currently sitting on where they meet once before their canon encounters, it's Robert on both accounts, hands down. Man is down bad.

It is fully ingrained into my headcanon now that Robert had a hoe phase back in his early twenties, mostly as a way to cope with all the shit he's been through in an attempt to actually feel something again but we won't get into that right now, so my mind reels a little when I encounter inexperienced Robert in the wild. Not saying those takes are any less valid, I do find that exploration of his character interesting. It's just that my mind has accepted this man is a self-aware bi/pansexual who has come to terms with the fact that people oftentimes assume he's straight. Type of mf who'll give someone some head until they can't see straight, clap them on the back afterwards, tell them good job in the most monotone voice, and leave to get back to work.
