Did her blue eyes deceive her? Was that one of her favorite Ricks? Back after so long? The Citadel of Ricks... her own Rick had informed her of what had happened and how the portal guns were out of commission temporarily but after hearing what had happened. she had assumed the worst for Rook.
Seeing him, all dolled up in his uniform (is she surprised by that? no. it's his calling card and it suits him even if he is a Rick), she gives her dear friend a smile, delighted to see him after so long. So much that she goes up to Rook and pulls him into a hug, his thin body feeling thinner than usual, and she's already thinking that he probably needs a decent dinner at Shoney's tonight.
"Rook! Where the hell have ya been?" She gets a better look at his face, squinting playfully, still grinning. "Ya look tired, darlin'. Too tired." Now her expression shifts, warmer and relieved, so happy to see him. "Happy ta see yer still around."
